The challenge was to build a single, cohesive platform that brings together intelligent conversations, enterprise knowledge management, and customizable AI agents — all under one roof, with team-grade security and observability.

The Solution

Codrison was architected as a full-stack AI orchestration hub, enabling teams to build, deploy, and track AI agents connected to their own knowledge sources. Rather than locking users into a single model, the platform embraces a multi-model philosophy — letting users switch between Gemini 3.0 Pro, Claude Sonnet 4.5, OpenAI GPT-5.2, DeepSeek, Mistral-Large, and more within a single unified interface.

Agents can be connected directly to these vaults, enabling retrieval-augmented responses grounded in proprietary data.

  • Conversation Tracking & Analytics: The Conversations dashboard provides full observability into every agent interaction — filterable by agent, team, resolution status, date range, and interface. Operators can review, intervene, or export conversation logs for quality improvement.

  • Showroom & Template Library: A curated template gallery lets users instantly deploy pre-built agents for common tasks — YouTube summarizers, LinkedIn post generators, multilingual translators, prompt engineers, and more — dramatically reducing time-to-value.

  • Omnichannel Deployment: Agents can be deployed across Browser Extensions, Mobile Apps, Website Bubble Widgets, Search Bar Widgets, iFrames, Standalone Web Pages, WhatsApp, and Slack — all configurable through a single Deploy panel per agent.
